		<description>Hadn&#039;t seen this news, very thought provoking. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Am just starting to read the history of urban planning. This sounds like a throwback to Le Corbusier style high modernism, a la Brasilia and Chandigarh, but conceived with a corporate rather than statist eye. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Care to comment on what&#039;s different? Surely some things most have changed in such thinking in 4 decades?</description>
